All orders are handled by USPS and subject to USPS Holiday and Delivery Schedules.
For international orders each individual country have their own shipping and delivery policies.
All sales are final. If your item has factory defects, please email officialpureblood@gmail.com to request a refund or exchange.
You are responsible for making sure your name and address is entered correctly. If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect address or and international order does not pass clearance, your order will be refunded less a 25% re-stocking fee and postage is non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay we will contact you via email.
